Delivery methods

By purchasing on CDGL you can choose between the following Shipping and Delivery Methods:

1) Shipping with Poste Italiane

2) Direct collection at the Desio warehouse

 Shipping with Italian Post

Delivery throughout Italy is guaranteed at no additional cost and for some services even on Saturdays, times vary from 24 hours on the national territory with express parcel services 1 and 1 recommended, up to one working week with the ordinary postal package.

The cost of the postal stamp and € 09.00 to be added to the cost of shipping regardless of whether you use the recommended package or parcel.

ALL SHIPMENTS ARE TRACEABLE, NOT DIFFERENT THAN THOSE INDICATED.

CDGL IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DELAYS OR DISSERVICES OF POST OR COURIER.

Withdrawal at Desio's warehouse

By choosing the collection at Desio's warehouse, you will be able to pay in cash and RIGHT DOES NOT SUPPLY IT.

The warehouse will not accept forms of payment different from those reported here.

For those who live nearby, CDGL gives its customers the opportunity to collect products from their warehouse.

Once the order is ready for collection you will be notified by e-mail and / or phone by our representatives.

You can pick up your products from Monday to Sunday, from 9.30 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 19.30.

By choosing the collection at the warehouse you will pay only the price of the products you purchased without shipping costs.

CDGL is not to be held responsible in any case in case of delay in the order or delivery of the goods ordered.

CDGL recommends that you check the integrity of the package before accepting it.

In the event that the packaging presents evident external signs of damage you can withdraw it by signing with Reserve Right and specifying the reason.

Delivery time

The staff of CDGL informs its customers that the ordered material is usually shipped, throughout Italy, within 96 working hours after the order placed, unless otherwise stated on the website or in the confirmation e-mail.
 
Furthermore, for orders with "urgent" products, we advise you to contact our Customer service at 3393522558 (Monday / Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm), in order to check with our operators which products are available more quickly or those ready for delivery.
 
Limitation of responsibilities
 
By using our Website we assume all responsibility and risk related to its use and any service contained therein.

CDGL assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions within the Site or any website that may be referenced or linked.

In no case will the Site be liable for any specific, incidental, indirect or consequential damage of any kind, or for any damage, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of use, data or profits or under any theory of liability, which emerges or is in connection with the use, communication or transmission of this information.

The information contained in this Site may include technical or other inaccuracies, or typographical errors.

CDGL may make improvements and / or the aforementioned corrections to the website at any time.

Current legislation and competence
 
Any dispute concerning the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the contract stipulated online by the Customer CDGL, is subject to Italian jurisdiction.

For any dispute between the parties on the matter is the Court of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer, if located in Italy.

If the domicile of the Client or his residence is not within the Italian territory, the competent court is that of execution of the contract.

Illegality of terms and conditions
 
If for any reason a part of these terms and conditions is inapplicable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions will not be affected.

Right of withdrawal

Rules for the execution of the Right of Withdrawal

To whom it applies

Community legislation provides that the Right of Withdrawal - regulated under the Consumer Code, Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/2005 - can be exercised only by natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their business commercial.

The Right of Withdrawal, therefore, can not be exercised by legal persons and by natural persons acting for purposes related to a commercial activity.

Also excluded from the Right of Withdrawal are purchases made by retailers or by subjects that in any way purchase for resale to third parties.

How to exercise international

The Right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within 14 working days, a written communication to the geographical address of the supplier's office by registered letter with return receipt.

The communication can be sent, within the same term, also by telegram, telex and facsimile, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours, in accordance with the art.64, paragraph 2 of the D .lgs n.206 of 06/09/2005.

For convenience, the Customer can send a joint communication with the registered letter A / R to the e-mail address: dariocarrera2000@yahoo.it.

Withdrawal mode
 
Conditions to which the Right of Withdrawal is subject:

a) the purchased product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (packaging, eventual documentation, accessories, manuals); to limit damage to the original packaging is recommended, if there are any conditions;
b) the shipment of the product, until the certificate of receipt at the CDGL warehouse is under the full responsibility of the Customer.

Return goods
 
The product must be returned to CDGL within 30 working days international.

The Customer, at his own expense, will arrange for the shipment of the goods to the following address:

CDGL by Carrera Dario Giovanni Via XXV Aprile, 19 20832 Desio (MB).

Please note that CDGL will not accept shipments without pre-authorization.

In order to avoid unpleasant incidents, it is also advisable to send goods for delivery of goods with couriers or other suitable means capable of allowing the traceability of the product.

Repayment method

Within 30 working days from receipt of the goods, CDGL will proceed to credit the customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the purchase invoice.

The aforementioned amount will not include shipping costs for the return of the goods, in accordance with the art. 67, paragraph 3 and paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/2005.

For purchases made with a credit card, the refund will be made by transfer.

For all other types of payment, the refund will be made by bank transfer, upon notice by the customer of their bank details, or other method by agreement with the other party.

When the right of withdrawal expires
 
The Right of Withdrawal is totally lost due to lack of the essential condition of product integrity in the cases in which CDGL ascertains:

a) damage to the product;
b) a use, even partial, of the product;
c) the lack of the original packaging;
d) the absence of integral elements of the product.
